    How to Purchase Online? 1. Register on the Site: Create your Account or log in if you are already registered. 2. Access the Website: Go to the main page of the BodyCode System website. Click on "Buy Equipment" in the top bar to find the page with the list of available equipment for purchase. 3. Select the Equipment: Click on the equipment you wish to purchase to view the product details. Here you will find important information such as the description, features, price, and images of the product. 4. Add to Cart: After verifying that the chosen equipment is correct, select the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button if you want to continue shopping or "Buy Now" to proceed to checkout. 5. View the Cart: By clicking "Buy Now," you will directly access the cart. If you selected "Add to Cart," once you have finished choosing your purchases, go to the cart to view the details of your order. You can access the cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top right of the page. 6. Verify the Order: Check that the order details are correct. Here you can also modify the quantities or remove items if necessary. 7. Proceed to Checkout: When you are ready to finalize the purchase, click the "Proceed to Checkout" or "Complete Purchase" button. 8. Enter Payment and Shipping Information: Fill in the required fields with your shipping information and select your preferred payment method. You may be asked to enter the delivery address, credit card details, or use another available payment method. 9. Confirm the Order: After entering all the necessary information, review the order to ensure everything is correct. Then, click the "Confirm Order" or "Make Payment" button to complete the purchase. 10. Receive Confirmation: Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email with the details of your purchase and shipping information.     How to Start the Training Path? It is recommended to begin the path with the Basic Level Course of the A.R.P.D. Method. Once you have completed the three levels, you can start the Master Stretch training. Only after completing the three levels of Master Stretch can you proceed with the equipment: the Bungietone or the Dance Ruler. What Should I Do Once I Have Completed the Three Levels? After completing the three training levels of the Master Stretch and the A.R.P.D. method, a mandatory annual refresher course is required. This allows you to renew your certification for the current Academic Year. The academic year is calculated from September to August. I Purchased a Video Seminar, How Can I Watch It? If you paid by credit card or PayPal, you can view the video seminar in the "My Courses" section. If you paid by bank transfer, it may take a few days before you can view the video. To expedite the process, please send us a copy of the bank transfer. Once we have received the payment, we will make the video course or video seminar available. You will be able to watch it by logging into our website and accessing the "My Courses" section. You will also be able to view the video course or video seminar later by logging into our website and accessing the "My Courses" section. The video will be available to you for a set period, so we recommend that you carefully read the duration of each video in the registration form before purchasing it. If you haven't seen the duration of the video, you can contact us at +39 3345867908. I Purchased a Live Course or Live Seminar, How Can I Participate? Live courses or live seminars are held on the Zoom platform. Once your purchase is complete, you will be contacted via email with the credentials to access the live session and the tracking number for the shipment if equipment is included. How Long Do I Have to Enroll in a Course or Seminar? For courses or seminars that include equipment, registration closes one week before the date of the course or seminar. For those that do not include equipment, registration closes one day before the course or seminar.
  • Shipments and returns
    Do you also ship abroad? Yes. Delivery is also made abroad. Can I track the order? Certainly! Once shipped you will receive the tracking number to track the shipment. What are the delivery times? Once the order has been processed, the delivery will arrive at its destination within 2/5 working days (weekends and holidays excluded) for shipments to Italian territory. How much are the shipping costs? Shipping costs will be calculated by the site itself before payment based on the delivery address and the product purchased. Bodycode SRL is in no way responsible for any loss or damage to the goods shipped. We recommend contacting us to insure the shipment.

    Can I Pay Cash on Delivery? Yes, on request, it is possible to pay upon delivery with an additional charge of 8 euros. How Can I Pay? You can pay via PayPal from your personal account or with a credit card through the PayPal site even if you don't have an account. These two payment methods will be handled automatically by our site upon order completion. It is also possible to pay by bank transfer from your bank or via online banking. To expedite the process, please send us a copy of the bank transfer. Will an Invoice Be Issued and to Whom Should It Be Addressed? Yes, a regular invoice will be issued, which can be addressed to either an individual or any other entity. Can a Family Member or Friend Pay for Me? Yes, of course. Just make sure to include the name of the course participant in the payment reference.
